Returns are only acceptable within 14 days of the item being delivered.

Cancellations within 24 hrs from placing the order may be aaccepted

(due to the customization process).

Conditions of return: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, up to and including the full item cost.

All the products on the site are custom orders made to your prefernce. Turn-around will take between 3-4 weeks to create and ship.
